In math class, the students collected data on whether they would rather be a "Eagle" or "Whale" and another set of data on the number of boys and girls in the class. They created graphs on paper. In computer class, they took the same data and created graphs using Pixie. They used the following features: stamps, stickers, color selection, sizing objects, moving objects, deleting, erasing, and using undo.
Please take a look at the 1st grade snowflake gallery. The kids did a great job!
